Terms of Compensation and Shipping
Article 1. Compensation
In the event of an approved claim, RiboBio shall, at its sole discretion, provide either product replacement or credit compensation. Product replacement shall be limited to identical items subject to current inventory availability. Any such replacement shall be governed by original shipping terms. Product credit shall be issued in an amount equivalent to the original purchase value and shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Such credit is non-transferable, may not be converted to monetary value, and must be applied to future purchases of RiboBio products.
Article 2. Shipping Provisions
The customer shall bear responsibility for all original shipping costs, return shipping arrangements, and required documentation for import/export purposes, including but not limited to customs declarations and associated charges. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RiboBio shall assume shipping costs exclusively in cases of verified product defects, demonstrated deviation from technical specifications, or documented quality control failures, as determined by RiboBio’s technical evaluation.
Article 3. Regional Compliance
All transactions shall be subject to regional variations in documentation requirements, import/export restrictions, and local regulations governing product returns. Customer compliance with region-specific authorization procedures is mandatory. RiboBio reserves the right to modify requirements based on local regulatory frameworks and international shipping regulations.
Article 4. Operational Authority
RiboBio hereby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (i) modify or amend these terms without prior notice; (ii) request additional verification or documentation; (iii) establish and enforce resolution timeframes; (iv) determine appropriate methods of resolution; and (v) review and adjudicate cases on an individual basis. All decisions made by RiboBio regarding resolution of claims shall be final and binding.
