Welcome to RiboBio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide this website and related services (collectively, the “Web Service”) to offer research reagents and associated products. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, these “Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using our Web Service, you agree that you have read and will be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Web Service.

2. Web Service

RiboBio provides the Web Service for current and prospective customers of our research reagents and related products. This includes our e-commerce platform, product information, and any associated tools or features we may provide. The Web Service is provided for general informational and research purposes only as further described in these Terms. We may also make certain products and services available for purchase.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Web Service, including purchasing products, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you must:

  • De-identify and aggregate Your Data with other users’ data for internal analysis and improvement of our services

b. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback regarding our Web Service (“Feedback”), you grant RiboBio a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use the Feedback for any purpose.

7. Disclaimers

a. No Warranties

The Web Service and all content, materials, and information are provided ‘as is’ without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. RiboBio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Availability of the Web Service

b. Medical Disclaimer

The Web Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. RiboBio does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, products, procedures, or information that may be available through the Web Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will RiboBio be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including lost profits) resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our Web Service
  • Any products purchased through our Web Service
  • Reliance on information obtained through our Web Service
    The aggregate liability of RiboBio for all claims is limited to USD $100.

10. Compliance with Law

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
  • No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver
  • You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
  • We may assign these Terms at any time
  • The headings and section summaries contained herein are for convenience only
  • A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings
  • We will not be responsible for any failure to fulfill any obligation due to any cause beyond our control
